What to Expect

Our desire is to be a church where people belong as family, our relationships are built, and each person is empowered to serve and live in Christ to share his grace with others.  So…

Our Sunday gatherings are like a family reunion each week, where all people are welcome.  We want the environment to encourage participation, celebration and empowerment, where people of all ages are able to stop, enjoy, and catch their breath feeling at home.

We make time to fellowship, talking, catching up, and encouraging each other.  We make time to share what is going on in our lives, with the church and to find out prayer needs.  We worship in praise, singing contemporary songs as well as some of the classic hymns.  We commune by partaking of the Lord’s Supper each week.  We have a time to give our tithes and offerings.  Our children are important so we have a “Kids’ Time” where the children gather on the floor and the pastor has a children’s sermon.  After Kids’ Time,  our youngest children, 0-3, go to their own class and our older children also have a class at the same time.    Everyone else remains in the sanctuary for the exposition of the word, followed by more praise, prayer, time of sharing and a blessing.

Ministries and Programs.  We encourage each member to love their neighbors on a daily basis and to serve in areas of their gifting and passions.

We also are partnered with Co-Partners for Christ a non-profit organization that serves the disadvantaged locally and internationally www.copartnersforchrist.com.

We also organize efforts to meet needs that we encounter or that arise, such as disasters and crises, but not limited to them.
